Dungeon Warrior is a retro fantasy roguelike dungeon crawler inspired by classic 8-bit RPG adventures.

Descend floor by floor into a torchlit dungeon filled with monsters, traps, treasure, secrets, and deadly bosses. Every step matters. Every torch burns down. Every fight can turn against you. Choose your class, manage your gear, use tactical tools, cast spells outside of battle, and push deeper toward the Dragonshard.

Combat blends classic menu-based RPG battles with modern roguelike pressure. Enemies roam the dungeon, surround you, flee when morale breaks, and force you to think beyond simply attacking. Use powder kegs, caltrops, holy water, oil, line spells, traps, class abilities, and the environment to survive overwhelming odds.

Death is not the end. Your legacy grows across runs through bloodline progress, heirlooms, boss trophies, stash storage, vault keys, ghost echoes, and other persistent discoveries. Each descent gives you another chance to come back stronger, smarter, and better prepared.
